FWI Impact Report May 2025

During the month of May we have achieved the following impacts:

1. Our ongoing malnourishment program supported 130 children;

2. ⁠We continue to give baby formula to 21 babies referred to us by their health clinics. Their mothers have either died (10) or are themselves malnourished;

3. ⁠We established a women’s chicken group in Lunguza village comprising 20 women each receiving 5 chickens, a chicken coop and training in care;

4. ⁠We delivered menstrual kits to the staff of three maternity wards;

5. ⁠We delivered five desktop computers to health clinics in Bagamoyo district;

6. ⁠We completed 12 toilets for girls at Malibwi secondary school;

7. ⁠We purchased a food scale for Kibacha secondary school to facilitate the purchase of supplies for their lunchtime meals;

8. ⁠We continued our nutritional support in Sunga for 23 women and 3 men who are HIV+.
